Shipping Information

Production Times

Standard Production: 7-10 business days after final proof approval
Rush Production: 3-5 business days (additional charge, subject to availability)
Super Rush Production: 1-2 business days (additional charge, subject to availability)

Production begins only after you approve your digital proof. We recommend allowing extra time for the proof approval process, especially for complex designs or large orders.

Shipping Methods and Times

Once your order completes production, shipping times are:

Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day (orders must ship by 3 PM PT)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected delivery speed
  • Current shipping rates from our carriers

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200 (ground shipping only)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Return Policy

PoloShirts.com stands behind every polo shirt we produce. We accept returns and provide full refunds for orders that don’t meet our high-quality standards.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Flaws in the blank polo shirts (tears, holes, sizing errors)
  • Material defects or inconsistencies
  • Construction problems (loose seams, broken buttons)

Production Quality Issues:

  • Embroidery that doesn’t meet professional standards
  • Print quality below acceptable levels
  • Color variations from approved proof
  • Incorrect logo placement or sizing

Order Fulfillment Errors:

  • Wrong items shipped
  • Incorrect quantities
  • Design doesn’t match approved proof
  • Wrong sizes or colors

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 2: Provide Order Details

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the problem (for quality issues)

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions

  • Pack items securely in original packaging (if available)
  • Include RA number on package
  • Use provided prepaid return label (for our errors) or your preferred carrier

Step 5: Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Return Requirements

Items must be returned:

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
  • With all original tags and packaging (when applicable)
  • With valid Return Authorization number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders that match approved proofs exactly
  • Items with customer-provided artwork errors
  • Orders damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items personalized with individual names
  • Orders over 90 days old

Size Exchange Policy

One-Time Size Exchange

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order to ensure proper fit:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request within 30 days of delivery
  • Items unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Replacement sizes available in inventory
  • Original proof and design unchanged

Exchange Process:

Exchange Fees:

  • First exchange per order: FREE

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  3. Do not discard packaging materials
  4. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  5. Replacement order expedited at no charge

Lost Packages

For packages marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Verify shipping address was correct
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes delivered to secure areas)
  4. Contact customer service if still missing
  5. We’ll investigate with carrier and provide resolution

Carrier Responsibility

We work with reliable carriers but cannot control:

  • Weather delays
  • Carrier handling issues
  • Address delivery problems
  • Theft after delivery

Special Circumstances

Wrong Size Ordered

If you ordered the wrong sizes:

Design Changes After Approval

Once you approve a proof and production begins:

  • Changes cannot be made to orders in production
  • New orders required for design modifications

  • High-demand sizes may have longer exchange times
  • Rush return processing available for $25 fee

Bulk Order Returns
